Strictly no parties, gatherings, or loud activities. A $2000 penalty applies for violations. ★ NO SMOKING INDOORS ★ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If needed, please step outside and dispose of waste responsibly. ★ QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM ★ Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud noise during these hours. ★ LINEN POLICY ★ Linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests in your booking. Extra sets are available at $30 per set if requested at least 24 hours before check-in. ★ CLEAN AS YOU GO ★ We take care of the cleaning, but kindly leave the home generally tidy. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. ★BBQ IS AVAILABLE★ Small BBQ unit located in the backyard (as per listing photos) To help us maintain a clean and welcoming home for every guest, we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines: * No eating in the beds. This helps prevent stains and pests. * No pets on the beds. We aim to keep all bedding fresh and hygienic. * Please wash and dry all dishes after use. Before check-out, kindly ensure all dishes are washed again if needed and returned to their proper place. * All rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided, including waste from the bathroom. * The hall cupboard is not available for guest use. The vanity cupboard is available for your convenience. * Before departure, please switch off all lights and electrical appliances. We sincerely appreciate your care and cooperation.
