The place is very clean, tidy and spotless and all the basic amenities are provided. The location is very close to the shops and public transportation. We will definitely stay again when we are back.

Superbly located, spacious home, well equipped with thoughtful amenities included - toiletries, loo rolls and kitchen bits n bobs. Kitchen and bathrooms nicely finished and well equipped. The wood floor downstairs beautiful. Some areas could do with a bit of a spruce up and the front bedroom would benefit from side tables and a mirror but that’s being fussy. Key box v handy with 4 of us coming and going we could just leave a key safely for whomever got back first. We could walk everywhere from this house which is a massive benefit when only visiting for a few days. Great stay and would love to return one day.

This stay ticked all of our boxes. Location for us was ideal near family but also close to take the train to the city. Always able to find parking on the street- any time of day no issue. Air con amazing for some very hot days. Big bathroom and very clean. Ideal having a washing machine and dishwasher to stay on top of everything during our stay. Highly recommend. Also communication was very easy and always speedy responses.

Nice place, Very new. Very clean. Nice bathtub. Backyard good for kids to run around. Host was responsive to questions. Also helped to provide a hairdryer quickly when I informed them that it was missing. Supermarkets are about 5 mins drive away. Buses are available within a short walk. A little far from city near Rouse Hill area.

Great stay in the middle of the Sydney CBD. Walking distance vs public transport to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go from the apartment. We rented a car not knowing how great the public transport was. I would reccomend against a rental car if possible. As parking was very expensive and driving to from downtown was very difficult (especially for us American right side of the road drivers). Great views of down town. And great coffee places just off the elevator. Highly recommend this stay. Richard was very responsive and helpful the entire trip as well.

I really enjoyed my time. Host was super responsive and tentative to everything that I needed. The house itself was clean tidy and quite comfortable. I enjoyed my stay quite a bit and would return when coming back to Sydney!

Check in instructions were easy to understand. The apartment was very light, clean, and the kitchen had all the required amenities. The apartment is in a great location, you can walk to Westfield and the train station. The addition of parking was superb. I wouldn't recommend booking this unit for the intention of using the sofa bed. Its latch is broken and no bedding was provided.

It was a quiet and problems free experiencie. The host was easy to reach and left all the instructions ready before arrival so it was easy to access the house and know how everything works. Having Woolies on a walking distance was very helpful to improve the experience. Highly recommend!

Great stay! The house was exactly as described; clean, tidy, and comfortable. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog and made the trip so much easier. Location was ideal, with parks, shops, and cafés all close by. Would happily stay again
